A family vacation has never been so easy: we offer you the perfect all-around program for kids when the little ones need a break from you. And even if not.
Happy kids = happy life.

Over 40 hours of fun childcare service every week from Sunday to Friday throughout the year
Age: generally from 6 months; during the main holiday periods from 12 months (e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, Krokus, mid-July to the end of August)
Joint lunch with a drink as part of childcare
Baby care under 6 months available (upon request, at an additional cost)
In July & August: 3 x weekly evening childcare care with youth disco, movie night, billiards, and much more (depends on availability)
Indoor children's world and Bären camp kindergarten with various children's playrooms
Playground with 12 m slide tower, XXL sandpit and motor skills park
Fun court for various types of ball games such as football, basketball, etc.
1x per week excursion with the Action Truck, the huge fire truck
1x per week quad tour into the wilderness
Special baby equipment in the room or suite: cot, baby monitor (cell phone costs), kettle, changing mat and much more.
Microwave in the buffet area of the restaurant for warming baby food (accessible all day)

My Alpenwelt APP

Hunger creeps up quietly. It creeps up on you and your kids in the afternoon by the pool or in the evening in your room after an action-packed day. Of course, this is no problem if you have the My Alpenwelt APP on your cell phone. You can order selected dishes from our friends menu at a “friends special price” until 10 pm.

Nice extra on the side: everything you order in the hotel and also on excursions to our mountain restaurant, the Gipfeltreffen restaurant, the Schönmoosalm, the Hannes' Alm, the Susi Alm, and the Bergliebe Club can simply be charged to your room via the APP. Cheers!

From check-in onwards, your kids can use our childcare program as they wish
The childcare program varies depending on the season and weather (see notice on-site)
Outdoor facilities such as the children's playground and Elektro-Trial-Park are weather-dependent and cannot be used in winter.
From mid-April to mid-May & in Novembe, we ask that you register early for childcare at reception desk (one day in advance).
Outside childcare hours, a babysitting service can be booked upon request for a small fee.
Due to food intolerances and special needs, which unfortunately also affect babies / small children these days, we do not provide food for babies / toddlers
Diapers are also not provided
